I am Joel Artifex, PhD, the founder of QuantMet Consulting. I received my Ph.D. in Measurement and Statistics, applying statistics to real questions about people, performance, and programs.I started QuantMet Consulting because most organizations have data analysts who run the numbers, but rarely have the an in-house quantitative methodologist who can run sophisticated statistical analyses, conduct rigorous quantitative research, and provide psychometric expertise. That level of specialization is usually locked behind large firms with enterprise pricing, out of reach for a single department or a mid-sized organization.
